Inside, we’ve created two apartments named after the Luretta and Trebbia rivers, which also lend their names to the surrounding valleys. Each apartment has its own story to tell and offers a unique perspective on the beauty around Dimora La Casetta, combining thoughtfully designed spaces, modern comforts, and independent Wi-Fi.

LURETTA
The Luretta Apartment welcomes you with a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and kettle—an area where you’ll immediately feel at home, thanks to an assortment of plates, glasses, and tableware. The two double bedrooms, both featuring wardrobes and LED Smart TVs, offer comfortable spaces and breathtaking views of the valley landscape through the windows.
The bathroom with a shower comes complete with a hairdryer, soaps, and a toiletries kit for each guest, while the wooden ceiling with exposed beams lends Luretta a warm and inviting atmosphere. At the entrance, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, divided by planters and furnished with small tables and chairs—ideal for outdoor lunches or moments of relaxation on summer days, when temperatures here are pleasantly cooler (about 5-6 degrees lower than in town). The sliding shutters complete the setting, ensuring privacy and comfort at all times of the day.
TREBBIA
The Trebbia Apartment features an airy open space that combines the kitchen and living room, where you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed. Here too, the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and kettle are at your disposal, along with plates and tableware for every need. Continuing down the corridor, you’ll reach the spacious double bedroom equipped with an additional single bed, perfect for families or anyone who desires even more space.
The bathroom, both spacious and practical, is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and soaps for a complete relaxation experience. In this apartment as well, every window overlooks stunning views, offering a direct connection with the surrounding nature. The sliding shutters ensure the perfect balance between light and privacy, while independent Wi-Fi access allows you to stay connected at all times, should you wish.
